Myrtle Beach defensive back Daquarius Wilson and Conway defensive back Robert Nelson have been selected to play in the 75th annual Shrine Bowl on Dec. 17 at Wofford College.
The all-star game features the top players from the states of South Carolina and North Carolina facing off at Gibbs Stadium in Spartanburg. The game will air on ESPN3.
Wilson has more than 70 tackles this season, third best on the team, and also has two interceptions and a fumble recovery. He also plays wide receiver for the Seahawks.
Nelson, who is one of the top tacklers for the Tigers, also stars on Conway’s special teams and offense. He replaced quarterback Mykal Moody last week.
