CAC makes solid showing at Splash and Dash meet

cac-blocksCoastal Aquatic Club (CAC) turned in a successful showing at the Splash and Dash meet, hosted by Team Greenville over the weekend.

Fourteen of CAC’s 20 swimmers earned at least one top-10 finish, totaling 65 top-10 finishes while competing against swimmers from the Carolinas and Georgia.

Top CAC performers for the weekend were:

•    Carly Belle Jackson – TOP 10 in all events entered, including 7 first place finishes.
•    Andre Fachin – 1st place in 2 events (50 Free, 100 Fly), 2nd place in 100 Free.
•    Maggie Langdale – 2 3rd place finishes (200 IM, 200 Back), 2 4th place finishes (400 IM, 100 Back).
•    Will Jackson – 10 TOP TEN finishes (in all events entered).
•    Brae Jackson – 8 TOP TEN finishes, including 3rd (400 Free) and 3 4th place finishes (50 Back, 50 Fly, 100 Back, 200 Free).
•    Mason Bryan – 8 TOP TEN finishes.
Collectively, 14 CAC swimmers recorded a total of 65 TOP TEN finishes.  We’ll highlight TOP TEN finishes given the Westside Aquatics Center is a 10-lane pool.
•    Mason Bryan: 6th in 400 IM; 6th in 100 Back; 6th in 100 Breast; 7th in 400 Free; 10th in 200 IM; 10th in 200 Back; 10th in 100 Free; 10th in 200 Fly.
•    Tyler Eldred: 4th in 100 Breast; 8th in 50 Free.
•    Andre Fachin: 1st in 50 Free; 1st in 100 Fly; 2nd in 100 Free; 4th in 200 Free; 5th in 400 Free.
•    Brae Jackson: 3rd in 400 Free; 4th in 50 Back; 4th in 50 Fly; 4th in 100 Back; 5th in 200 Free; 6th in 100 Free; 7th in 50 Free; 7th in 100 Fly.
•    Carly Belle Jackson: 1st in 50 Free; 1st in 200 IM; 1st in 100 Fly; 1st in 200 Free; 1st in 50 Fly; 1st in 100 Back; 1st in 100 Free; 2nd in 500 Breast; 3rd in 50 Back; 3rd in 100 Breast.
•    Emie Jackson: 6th in 200 Back; 7th in 100 Back; 8th in 200 IM; 8th in 200 Free; 9th in 400 Free; 9th in 400 IM.
•    Will Jackson: 3rd in 200 IM; 5th in 50 Free; 6th in 50 Breast; 6th in 200 Free; 6th in 50 Fly; 6th in 100 Breast; 6th in 100 Free; 7th in 100 Fly; 9th in 50 Back; 10th in 100 Back.
•    Sean King: 8th in 200 Back; 9th in 100 Back 10th in 200 IM; 10th in 100 Fly.
