CAC swimmers post fast times at Dash and Splash

CAC Dash & Splash June 2015

Team Greenville hosted its annual Dash and Splash Invitational at the Westside Aquatics Complex over the weekend, and several Grand Strand area swimmers made strong showings.

Coach Tatiana Lemos de Lima, a two-time Olympian from Brazil, was on deck with 11 Coastal Aquatics Club members competing with swimmers from North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. The indoor pool was set up for 50 meters, which is the long-course or Olympic format.

Eight different CAC swimmers combined for 41 TOP 8 Finishes.  And, a number of swimmers posted new State Championship qualifying times, including John Grey Crosby (5 events), Taylor Steele (4 events), Will Jackson and Conner Campbell.  We’ll highlight TOP EIGHT finishes given the Westside Aquatics Complex is an 8-lane pool.
