North Myrtle Beach sweeps three Lowcountry opponents

The North Myrtle Beach wrestling team swept a four-team meet at Berkeley High on Saturday with easy wins over Timberland, Bishop Eng;and and the host Stags.

The No. 8-ranked Chiefs defeated Timberland 49-15, downed Bishop England 60-15 and capped the day with 53-21 victory over Berkeley to make a strong showing against three Lowcountry programs.

North Myrtle Beach’s Logan Stump (106), William Lewis (132), Gary Ford (138), Hampton Harmon (170), Erik Baker (182) and Mikhail Vlahos (195) went undefeated on the day.
